Work with me

Hi I'm Sarah, a Personal Trainer, Girls Gone Strong Women's Coaching Specialist and EIQ Nutrition certified coach. I specialise in helping women to gain strength, confidence, better body image, improve their long term health and their relationship with food.

It became my passion to help other women who were feeling like me after the birth of my 2nd child. But I realised the fitness industry was awash with misinformation, crazy diet culture talk, extreme measures and lots and lots of comparison photos. 

I want to help women know that all bodies are good bodies. But that we need to take care of them, particularly in the way we move them, to keep us strong and help prevent multiple diseases as we get older. It is essential. But so many women only do cardio (or nothing) and don't realise the huge health impact that strength training can have on their lives.

That is about to change for you.
